Victorian Section Christmas Function.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday 13th of November 2010, at the home of Harness Racing Victoria ,Tabcorp Park. This venue is a unique sporting and community hub with a range of entertainment facilities operating seven-days-a-week alongside a metropolitan harness racing track. The SCAA function will take place in a private dining room, The Sky Box. Located high above the racetrack in front of the winning post, this room features the best views Tabcorp Park has to offer. This room is flooded with natural light, glass walls and magnificent views of the racetrack. This room offers complete privacy and is equipped with its own private bathrooms and kitchen area. Guests are able to step out into the grandstand to enjoy breathtaking views of the track and surrounds. Featuring wall-mounted plasma televisions, a drop-down screen and ceiling-mounted projector, this room is ideal for our function. On November 13th, there is a 7 race program, which can be viewed from the dining room, and for those with an eye for horse flesh, can place bets on the outcomes.
The evening commences at 6.30 pm and finishes at around 10.50pm. A three course meal with beer, wine and soft drink will be served during the evening. The investment in the evening is $70/head, which will result in a great evening of dining and horse racing.
